Is there ever a time when using a previous version of a WPR to study is a violation of the honor code? (i.e. the WPR covering the same material from the previous semester or from STAP)

I found in the USCC SOP that cadets are allowed to freely discuss what's on a WPR "as soon as they are dismissed from the class", but I remember reading somewhere that we can use old tests freely as well. If so, where can I find that in writing?

I think the closest thing that you'll find is the teachers' discussion of common knowledge. They say that anything discussed in their class is common knowledge, which one could interpret to extend to all classes of the same name, hence previous WPRs and parallel sections. Other than that, it is never so much as stated that you can use these old WPRs except by omission from the things one is not allowed to do.
